If you're not familiar with what that is, it is a course set outdoors designed to push you up against your beliefs about your capabilities, assist you in meeting your fears head-on, and to reflect back to you how you live your life. The Three Faces Of Depression Print E-mail

What is a depression? No, not what is depression but what is a depression?

So a depression can be dangerous, can be beneficial, and can be a valuable warning to take some action.

Being A Stand “For” Something Print E-mail

Their is a propensity in our society to focus upon that part of life that we want to disappear, are afraid of or what we hate. The list is long: Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, The Fight Against Cancer, Drug Abuse Resistance Education, Association Against Bulimia and Anorexia, The War Against Poverty, Bullying etc. etc..
