The Dark And The Light

So many images come to mind when we contemplate dark and light. In art you may see a charcoal sketch with gradations of black moving towards dark grey to light grey to white. You may see a yin/yang symbol, morning vs. nighttime, or how one candle can illuminate a dark room.
This is also the time of Winter Solstice. The darkest day of the year only to be followed by increasing amount of light, day after day thereafter. Check out Cynthia's blog to learn more.
We ask the question on our home page, "are you ready to love your life?" It's a simple question but one that requires deep contemplation before answering. Loving your life requires you loving the "all" of you - both dark and light and that's what we teach our clients.
